Shipping

UK delivery

Orders ship from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. Typical delivery is 1–3 business days. Tracking is included on all orders.

Delivery area

We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only. We do not ship to BFPO, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or international addresses at this time. We plan to expand shipping in the future.

Free UK shipping

Free UK shipping is available on orders over the threshold shown at checkout. We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only.

Dispatch times

• In stock — dispatched within 1–2 business days
• Needs assembly — the breakout PCB is in stock but your board needs to be assembled. Dispatched within 3–5 business days.
• Needs parts — we need to order the IC from our supplier. We'll email you with an estimated timeline, typically 5–10 business days.

Returns

Change of mind

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a full refund, no questions asked. This is your right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

• Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Return postage is at your cost

We will refund the full purchase price including original delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including return postage.

We may ask for a photo of the fault to help us improve our quality control.

Custom board orders

Custom boards (ordered via the quote system) are manufactured to your specification. They are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has begun. If a custom board is faulty, the standard faulty goods policy applies.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
