Design a Custom Board512-megabit serial NOR flash memory with dual and quad SPI interface support. Operates at 3V with fast read and write performance, ideal for embedded systems, IoT devices, and microcontroller applications requiring external program or data storage. Features standard SPI, dual SPI, and quad SPI modes for flexible data transfer rates.
SOIC-16W uses 1.27mm pitch and surface-mount construction, making it difficult to hand-solder and incompatible with breadboards. A breakout board converts the 16 pins to through-hole connectors, enabling direct breadboarding and eliminating soldering risk during prototyping of real-time clocks, transceivers, flash memory, and gate-drive optocouplers.
