Single-channel optoisolator with GaAs infrared emitter and silicon phototransistor output in 4-pin SOP package. Provides 3750 VRMS isolation with 160-320% current transfer ratio at 5 mA input. Rated for -55°C to +110°C operation with fast switching, low saturation voltage, and low coupling capacitance for industrial signal isolation applications.

Why does this need a breakout?
This 4-pin SOP photorelay is too small and tightly pitched (2.54mm) for reliable hand soldering or breadboard use. A breakout board brings the pins to standard 0.1-inch spacing, enabling rapid prototyping of optoisolated switching circuits without the frustration of soldering microscopic leads or dealing with isolation requirements.
