Design a Custom BoardDual high-speed low-side MOSFET driver delivering ±4A peak drive current with BiCMOS output architecture. Optimized for Miller Plateau region switching with 35ns/25ns propagation delay and TTL/CMOS compatible inputs. Operates from 4.5V to 15V and suitable for SMPS, DC-DC converters, motor control, and solar inverter applications.
An 8-pin SOIC with 1.27mm pitch is too fine for breadboards and hand-soldering without a microscope. A breakout board routes these pins to standard 0.1" headers, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections for op-amps, transceivers, and small power MOSFETs without requiring reflow equipment.
