Design a Custom BoardHigh-performance fixed-frequency current-mode controller designed for off-line and DC-DC converter applications. Features trimmed oscillator at 250 kHz, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, undervoltage lockout with hysteresis, and high-current totem-pole output for driving power MOSFETs. Includes error amplifier and temperature-compensated reference for precise regulation in isolated power supplies.
An 8-pin SOIC with 1.27mm pitch is too fine for breadboards and hand-soldering without a microscope. A breakout board routes these pins to standard 0.1" headers, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections for op-amps, transceivers, and small power MOSFETs without requiring reflow equipment.
