Design a Custom BoardHigh-performance fixed-frequency current mode PWM controller for off-line and DC-DC converter applications. Features 250kHz trimmed oscillator, 500kHz maximum switching frequency, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and programmable output deadtime (50-70%). Includes undervoltage lockout with hysteresis, temperature-compensated reference, high-gain error amplifier, and high-current totem pole MOSFET driver output.
An 8-pin SOIC with 1.27mm pitch is too fine for breadboards and hand-soldering without a microscope. A breakout board routes these pins to standard 0.1" headers, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections for op-amps, transceivers, and small power MOSFETs without requiring reflow equipment.
