IC REG LINEAR 5V 300MA SOT23-5
Texas Instruments

Bypass caps, pull-ups, strapping resistors, custom silkscreen & more
Design a Custom BoardLow-dropout linear regulator with 5V fixed output and 300mA maximum load current in a compact SOT23-5 package. Features low quiescent current and thermal shutdown protection, suitable for powering microcontrollers, sensors, and other low-power circuits. Typically used in battery-powered applications and space-constrained designs.
This 0.95 mm pitch SMD package is incompatible with breadboards and difficult to hand-solder. A breakout board brings the five pins to standard 0.1″ spacing, enabling rapid prototyping without reflow equipment. Essential for evaluating precision analog ICs like current-sense amplifiers in development circuits.
