Design a Custom BoardAbout This Component
Low-dropout linear regulator in SOT23-5 package delivering 300mA output current with 4.5V nominal output voltage. Features low ground current, thermal shutdown, and current limiting protection. Ideal for powering low-power digital circuits, sensor modules, and RF applications requiring compact form factor and minimal external components.
Package: SOT-23-5 · 5 pins
Why does this need a breakout?
This 0.95 mm pitch SMD package is incompatible with breadboards and difficult to hand-solder. A breakout board brings the five pins to standard 0.1″ spacing, enabling rapid prototyping without reflow equipment. Essential for evaluating precision analog ICs like current-sense amplifiers in development circuits.
