IC REG CHG PUMP INV 60MA SOT23-5

Bypass caps, pull-ups, strapping resistors, custom silkscreen & more
Design a Custom BoardCharge pump voltage inverter IC producing negative output from positive input supply. Delivers up to 60mA output current with integrated switching and minimal external components. Typical applications include generating negative bias voltages for LCD displays, EEPROM programming, and analog circuit biasing in space-constrained designs.
This 0.95 mm pitch SMD package is incompatible with breadboards and difficult to hand-solder. A breakout board brings the five pins to standard 0.1″ spacing, enabling rapid prototyping without reflow equipment. Essential for evaluating precision analog ICs like current-sense amplifiers in development circuits.
