HALL EFFECT SENSOR 3D I2C ±40/80mT SOT-23-6
Texas Instruments

Bypass caps, pull-ups, strapping resistors, custom silkscreen & more
Design a Custom BoardLow-power 3D Hall-effect sensor with I2C interface for magnetic field measurement across X, Y, Z axes. Features configurable magnetic ranges (±40mT or ±80mT), integrated temperature sensor, and ultra-low sleep current (5nA). Supports 20kSPS conversion rate with integrated CORDIC angle calculation, ideal for smart locks, proximity sensing, and motor control applications.
SOT-23-6 packages house precision regulators, voltage references, and level shifters with 0.95mm pin pitch—too fine for hand soldering and incompatible with breadboards. A breakout board provides through-hole headers for prototype work, eliminating soldering difficulty while enabling quick circuit iteration. Essential for developing with compact analog and power management ICs.
