Design a Custom BoardSingle-channel N-channel MOSFET driver integrated circuit designed to switch inductive loads such as relays, solenoids, and small DC motors up to 150 mA at 12V, 24V, or 48V. Features an internal Zener diode eliminating the need for a separate free-wheeling diode and accepts logic-level inputs compatible with microcontrollers and logic gates. Automotive-qualified (AEC-Q101) solution replacing 3-4 discrete components for compact PCB design.
SOT-23's tiny 0.95mm pin pitch and compact form factor make hand-soldering tedious and prone to bridging errors. A breakout board breaks out the three pins to standard 0.1" spacing for breadboard prototyping, eliminating the need for specialized soldering equipment and enabling fast circuit iteration with transistors, diodes, and small-signal components.
