Design a Custom BoardAbout This Component
Precision supply voltage supervisor IC for 3.3V systems with active-low push-pull reset output and manual reset input. Provides 140ms minimum reset pulse width and guaranteed assertion down to 1.0V supply. Ultra-low 6µA typical quiescent current with industrial temperature range (-40°C to 85°C). Ideal for microcontroller initialization and system power management.
Package: SOT-143 · 4 pins
Why does this need a breakout?
SOT-143 is a tiny surface-mount package with 0.65mm pin pitch, making hand soldering impractical and breadboard use impossible. A breakout board converts these compact supervisory circuits, MOSFETs, and transistor arrays to through-hole pins, enabling rapid prototyping without reflow equipment or fine soldering skills.
