Features 1 MHz I²C support (1.8-5.5V), configurable memory protection with 64-bit passwords, and energy harvesting capability. Rated for 1 million write cycles at 25°C with 40-year data retention, suitable for smart labels and secure contactless applications.
An 8-pin SOIC with 1.27mm pitch is too fine for breadboards and hand-soldering without a microscope. A breakout board routes these pins to standard 0.1" headers, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections for op-amps, transceivers, and small power MOSFETs without requiring reflow equipment.
