Design a Custom BoardSingle-channel CMOS inverter gate performing Boolean NOT logic (Y = A). Operates from 1.65V to 5.5V VCC with 3.3ns maximum propagation delay at 3.3V and ±24mA output drive. Accepts 5.5V input signals for logic-level translation, draws minimal current (10μA max), and includes Ioff live-insertion support and robust ESD protection (2000V HBM).
This 0.95 mm pitch SMD package is incompatible with breadboards and difficult to hand-solder. A breakout board brings the five pins to standard 0.1″ spacing, enabling rapid prototyping without reflow equipment. Essential for evaluating precision analog ICs like current-sense amplifiers in development circuits.
