Design a Custom BoardHalf-duplex RS-485 transceiver IC for industrial communication and networking applications. Features single transmitter/receiver configuration with 3.3V logic levels and integrated bus termination capabilities. Commonly used in building automation, industrial sensors, and multi-node serial communication systems requiring noise immunity over longer cable runs.
An 8-pin SOIC with 1.27mm pitch is too fine for breadboards and hand-soldering without a microscope. A breakout board routes these pins to standard 0.1" headers, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections for op-amps, transceivers, and small power MOSFETs without requiring reflow equipment.
