Design a Custom BoardLow-dropout linear regulator delivering 250mA at 3.0V output with ultra-low 1.6µA quiescent current. Features 178mV typical dropout at full load, 2.3-6.0V input range, and ±0.4% output accuracy. Ideal for battery-powered applications requiring minimal current draw.
SOT-23's tiny 0.95mm pin pitch and compact form factor make hand-soldering tedious and prone to bridging errors. A breakout board breaks out the three pins to standard 0.1" spacing for breadboard prototyping, eliminating the need for specialized soldering equipment and enabling fast circuit iteration with transistors, diodes, and small-signal components.
