Design a Custom BoardLow-side MOSFET gate driver with 6A peak output current, designed for switching applications requiring fast gate charge/discharge. Features 40ns propagation delay, matched rise/fall times, and operates from 4.5V to 18V supply. Ideal for switch-mode power supplies, motor/solenoid drives, and pulse transformer applications.
An 8-pin SOIC with 1.27mm pitch is too fine for breadboards and hand-soldering without a microscope. A breakout board routes these pins to standard 0.1" headers, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections for op-amps, transceivers, and small power MOSFETs without requiring reflow equipment.
