Design a Custom BoardMonolithic DC-to-DC converter control circuit supporting buck, boost, and inverting topologies with 1.5A output switch. Features adjustable output voltage, 3V-40V input operation, internal 1.25V reference, current limiting, and switching frequency to 100kHz. Designed for low-component-count isolated and non-isolated power supply applications.
An 8-pin SOIC with 1.27mm pitch is too fine for breadboards and hand-soldering without a microscope. A breakout board routes these pins to standard 0.1" headers, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections for op-amps, transceivers, and small power MOSFETs without requiring reflow equipment.
