IC SUPERVISOR RESET 1CH SOT23-3
Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated

Bypass caps, pull-ups, strapping resistors, custom silkscreen & more
Design a Custom BoardMicroprocessor supervisory circuit that monitors power supply voltage and asserts a reset signal when VCC drops below a preset threshold. Features push-pull active-low reset output with 140ms minimum assertion time, 12µA supply current, and precision monitoring for +2.5V to +5V supplies. Requires no external components and is ideal for microcontroller and digital system power supervision in portable and automotive applications.
SOT-23's tiny 0.95mm pin pitch and compact form factor make hand-soldering tedious and prone to bridging errors. A breakout board breaks out the three pins to standard 0.1" spacing for breadboard prototyping, eliminating the need for specialized soldering equipment and enabling fast circuit iteration with transistors, diodes, and small-signal components.
