VOLTAGE SUPERVISOR 2.93V SOT-23
EVVO

Bypass caps, pull-ups, strapping resistors, custom silkscreen & more
Design a Custom BoardMicroprocessor voltage detection and reset supervisor IC that monitors system power supply voltage and generates a reset signal when voltage drops below the 2.93V threshold. Features push-pull output stage, 140ms minimum reset delay, operates from 1.0V to typical supply voltages, and provides transient noise filtering. Ideal for computer systems, embedded devices, and industrial applications requiring robust power supply monitoring in -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
SOT-23's tiny 0.95mm pin pitch and compact form factor make hand-soldering tedious and prone to bridging errors. A breakout board breaks out the three pins to standard 0.1" spacing for breadboard prototyping, eliminating the need for specialized soldering equipment and enabling fast circuit iteration with transistors, diodes, and small-signal components.
