Design a Custom Board64-Kbit I2C-compatible EEPROM organized as 8K × 8 bits with 32-byte page writes. Supports 1 MHz, 400 kHz, and 100 kHz I2C bus modes with supply voltage range 1.7V to 5.5V. Features byte/page write times of 5ms, write protect capability, >4 million write cycles, and >200-year data retention. Ideal for embedded systems requiring non-volatile parameter storage.
An 8-pin SOIC with 1.27mm pitch is too fine for breadboards and hand-soldering without a microscope. A breakout board routes these pins to standard 0.1" headers, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections for op-amps, transceivers, and small power MOSFETs without requiring reflow equipment.
