Features low quiescent current and excellent line/load regulation, suitable for powering microcontrollers, sensors, and low-power digital circuits. Commonly used in battery-powered applications and noise-sensitive analog circuits requiring clean 3.3V rails.
This 0.95 mm pitch SMD package is incompatible with breadboards and difficult to hand-solder. A breakout board brings the five pins to standard 0.1″ spacing, enabling rapid prototyping without reflow equipment.
