Design a Custom BoardSynchronous buck converter regulating 4.2V to 80V input to adjustable output with 2A continuous current. Features 40µA quiescent current, 200kHz to 2.2MHz programmable switching frequency, integrated compensation, and spread spectrum EMI reduction. Designed for industrial, automotive, and wide-input applications with cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal protection.
8-pin SOIC with exposed pad is difficult to hand-solder reliably due to tight 1.27mm pitch and thermal management requirements. A breakout board brings pins to standard 0.1" spacing for breadboard prototyping while providing proper pad routing and thermal dissipation for audio amplifiers and gate drivers.
