Design a Custom BoardFixed low-dropout linear voltage regulator delivering 3.3V at up to 800mA output current in space-saving SOT-223 package. Features 1V typical dropout voltage, ±1% output accuracy at 25°C, internal thermal protection, and 75dB supply voltage rejection. Requires only a 10µF bypass capacitor for stability, making it ideal for powering microcontrollers, sensors, and RF modules in battery-powered and portable applications.
SOT-223 three-pin regulators and transistors are difficult to hand-solder due to tight 1.5mm pitch and heat-sinking requirements. A breakout board brings standard 0.1" header spacing, eliminating soldering challenges and enabling immediate breadboard prototyping without rework or micro-soldering tools.
