FRAM 16KBIT SPI 20MHZ 8SOIC
Infineon Technologies

Bypass caps, pull-ups, strapping resistors, custom silkscreen & more
Design a Custom Board16-Kbit ferroelectric RAM with SPI interface operating up to 20 MHz, organized as 2K × 8 bytes. Offers 100 trillion read/write cycles with 151-year data retention, instant writes without delays, and low power consumption (200 µA active, 3 µA standby). Industrial temperature range and direct replacement for serial flash/EEPROM in nonvolatile memory applications.
An 8-pin SOIC with 1.27mm pitch is too fine for breadboards and hand-soldering without a microscope. A breakout board routes these pins to standard 0.1" headers, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections for op-amps, transceivers, and small power MOSFETs without requiring reflow equipment.
