Why does this need a breakout?
The 0.4 mm pitch and sub-2 mm package make this dual LDO regulator impossible to hand-solder or prototype on breadboards. A breakout board exposes all ten pins to standard 0.1" spacing, enabling reliable evaluation of the TLV751's dual 500-mA outputs and adjustable voltage ranges without specialized equipment.
