Design a Custom BoardThe BMI323 is a compact 6-degree-of-freedom inertial measurement unit integrating a 16-bit triaxial accelerometer (±2 to ±16g) and 16-bit triaxial gyroscope (±125 to ±2000°/s) with temperature sensing. It features I2C, SPI, and I3C interfaces, ultra-low power consumption (790µA typical), and built-in motion detection and gesture recognition for wearable and mobile applications.
This tiny 0.5mm pitch LGA package demands a breakout board for practical prototyping—hand soldering 14 pads beneath a 3×2.5mm body is nearly impossible for most makers. A breakout brings the I2C/SPI pins to standard headers, enabling breadboard integration and reliable prototyping of Bosch inertial sensors without specialized equipment.
