ATtiny167 is a low-power 8-bit AVR microcontroller with 16KB flash, 512B SRAM, and 512B EEPROM in a 20-pin TSSOP package. Features include LIN/UART interface, dual 16-bit timers with PWM, 10-bit ADC with differential channels, SPI, and debugWIRE on-chip debug. Suitable for automotive LIN applications, IoT devices, and power-constrained embedded systems operating from 1.8V to 5.5V.

Why does this need a breakout?
Hand-soldering 0.65mm pitch leads is tedious and error-prone; a breakout board with standard 0.1" headers lets you prototype I/O expanders and logic gates on breadboards without a reflow oven. The compact SSOP package also becomes DIP-friendly, eliminating jumper spaghetti and reducing assembly mistakes during development cycles.
