Features 1% reference accuracy, ultra-low quiescent current (35µA max), and 0.3Ω output impedance. Ideal for secondary-side flyback regulation, adjustable power supplies, and Zener diode replacement applications.

Why does this need a breakout?
SOT-23's tiny 0.95mm pin pitch and compact form factor make hand-soldering tedious and prone to bridging errors. A breakout board breaks out the three pins to standard 0.1" spacing for breadboard prototyping, eliminating the need for specialized soldering equipment and enabling fast circuit iteration with transistors, diodes, and small-signal components.
