Integrates 125mΩ high-side and 68mΩ low-side MOSFETs with peak current mode control and fully integrated compensation. Features Frequency Spread Spectrum (FSS) with ±6% switching frequency jitter and proprietary gate driver design for EMI reduction, supporting both PWM and PFM modes with 22µA quiescent current.

Why does this need a breakout?
SOT-23-6 packages house precision regulators, voltage references, and level shifters with 0.95mm pin pitch—too fine for hand soldering and incompatible with breadboards.
