Design a Custom BoardAbout This Component
2A step-down DC-DC buck converter with adjustable output voltage (0.6V to VIN) and 2.7V to 5.5V input range. Features 1MHz switching frequency, integrated MOSFETs, synchronous rectifier, and 100% duty cycle operation for minimal dropout. Includes thermal shutdown, short-circuit protection, and ultra-low quiescent current (90μA), ideal for point-of-load conversion in telecom and computing applications.
Package: TSOT-23-5 · 5 pins
Why does this need a breakout?
This 0.95 mm pitch SMD package is incompatible with breadboards and difficult to hand-solder. A breakout board brings the five pins to standard 0.1″ spacing, enabling rapid prototyping without reflow equipment. Essential for evaluating precision analog ICs like current-sense amplifiers in development circuits.
