Features overcurrent and thermal protection, reverse current blocking, 7ms fault blanking, and active-high enable control. Operates from 2.7V to 5.5V input with integrated ESD protection and very low 1µA shutdown current.

Why does this need a breakout?
Tiny 0.95mm pitch SMD makes hand-soldering risky and breadboarding impossible. A breakout board brings these single-gate logic ICs and analog switches to standard 0.1" headers, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections without microscopy skills or rework tools.
