The AP2125N-3.3TRG1 is a 300mA CMOS LDO voltage regulator fixed at 3.3V output with extremely low noise (50µVrms typical) and minimal dropout voltage (65mV at 100mA). It features high ripple rejection (70dB), low quiescent current (60µA), and integrated protection circuits including thermal shutdown. Ideal for battery-powered devices, portable electronics, and noise-sensitive applications.

Why does this need a breakout?
SOT-23's tiny 0.95mm pin pitch and compact form factor make hand-soldering tedious and prone to bridging errors. A breakout board breaks out the three pins to standard 0.1" spacing for breadboard prototyping, eliminating the need for specialized soldering equipment and enabling fast circuit iteration with transistors, diodes, and small-signal components.
