Design a Custom BoardQuad line driver transceiver IC in 16-SOIC package designed for RS-422/RS-485 differential signaling. Converts TTL/CMOS logic levels to high-speed differential outputs with typical propagation delays under 20ns. The 1.27mm pin pitch on this 16-pin package makes hand-soldering impractical and breadboard mounting impossible.
