Design a Custom BoardSingle-channel optoisolator with 3.75kV isolation voltage rating in a 4-lead SO package. Integrates a photodiode input stage with a phototransistor output stage for galvanic isolation of low-level signals. Commonly used in power supply feedback circuits, motor control interfaces, and industrial isolation applications requiring high voltage separation between input and output sides.
This Toshiba optocoupler's 1.27mm pitch and compact 4.4×3.6mm footprint make hand-soldering impractical and breadboard use impossible. A breakout board converts the SMD package to through-hole pins or larger pads, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections in isolation and control circuits without reflow equipment.
