The 74HCT365 is a hex buffer/line driver IC with independent 3-state output control via two output enable inputs. Each of six buffers provides non-inverting buffering with high impedance OFF-state when disabled. Operates from 4.5V to 5.5V with TTL-compatible inputs and is commonly used for bus driving, signal buffering, and I/O expansion applications.

Why does this need a breakout?
