Features 45Ω typical on-resistance at 4.5V, operates from 2.0V to 10.0V supply range, and includes integrated ESD protection exceeding 2kV HBM. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified for automotive applications with temperature range -40°C to +125°C.

Why does this need a breakout?
Tiny 0.95mm pitch SMD makes hand-soldering risky and breadboarding impossible. A breakout board brings these single-gate logic ICs and analog switches to standard 0.1" headers, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections without microscopy skills or rework tools.
