Design a Custom BoardAbout This Component
Single 2-input positive AND gate in ultra-low power CMOS logic family designed for battery-powered applications. Operates from 0.8V to 3.6V with ±4mA output drive and <0.9µA static current consumption. Features Schmitt trigger inputs with ~250mV hysteresis and IOFF circuitry for power-down protection, ideal for portable electronics and IoT devices.
Package: SOT-353 · 5 pins
Why does this need a breakout?
SOT-353 packages feature 0.65mm pin pitch and tiny 1.9×2.7mm dimensions, making hand soldering and breadboarding impractical. A breakout board converts these compact leads to standard headers or through-holes, enabling reliable prototyping of analog sensors, op-amps, and voltage regulators without specialized equipment or microscopy.
