Design a Custom BoardSingle-channel optoisolator with GaAs infrared LED coupled to silicon phototransistor, providing 3750V RMS isolation. Features 50-600% current transfer ratio at 5mA input, low saturation voltage, and fast switching times. Rated -55°C to +110°C, designed for signal transmission in PLCs, telecom, solar inverters, and industrial control applications.
This 4-pin SOP photorelay is too small and tightly pitched (2.54mm) for reliable hand soldering or breadboard use. A breakout board brings the pins to standard 0.1-inch spacing, enabling rapid prototyping of optoisolated switching circuits without the frustration of soldering microscopic leads or dealing with isolation requirements.
