PWM CONTROLLER CURRENT-MODE 1MHZ 8SOIC

Bypass caps, pull-ups, strapping resistors, custom silkscreen & more
Design a Custom BoardBiCMOS peak current-mode PWM controller for fixed-frequency switch-mode power supplies and DC-DC converters. Operates up to 1MHz with 50μA startup current, ±1A output drive capability, and 35ns cycle-by-cycle overcurrent limiting. Provides rail-to-rail output with 25ns rise/20ns fall times, suitable for driving external MOSFETs directly.
An 8-pin SOIC with 1.27mm pitch is too fine for breadboards and hand-soldering without a microscope. A breakout board routes these pins to standard 0.1" headers, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections for op-amps, transceivers, and small power MOSFETs without requiring reflow equipment.
