Design a Custom BoardDual-channel low-side gate driver with 5A peak source/sink current per channel, designed for MOSFET, IGBT, SiC, and GaN switches. Operates from 4.5V to 26V with fast 17ns propagation delay and 6/10ns rise/fall times. Features –10V input capability for noise immunity, independent enable per channel, and –2V output transient tolerance. Ideal for SMPS, PFC, DC/DC converters, and motor drives.
An 8-pin SOIC with 1.27mm pitch is too fine for breadboards and hand-soldering without a microscope. A breakout board routes these pins to standard 0.1" headers, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections for op-amps, transceivers, and small power MOSFETs without requiring reflow equipment.
