Design a Custom BoardLow-side gate driver IC designed to switch MOSFET and IGBT gates with high current capability. Provides fast switching edges and protection features including undervoltage lockout and thermal shutdown. Operates from 4.5V to 20V supply with independent high and low side referenced outputs, suitable for DC-DC converters, motor drives, and power switching applications.
An 8-pin SOIC with 1.27mm pitch is too fine for breadboards and hand-soldering without a microscope. A breakout board routes these pins to standard 0.1" headers, enabling rapid prototyping and reliable connections for op-amps, transceivers, and small power MOSFETs without requiring reflow equipment.
