Dual-bit fixed-direction voltage-level translator supporting 1.1V to 5.5V operation on each port with Schmitt-trigger inputs and 3-state outputs. Provides up to 200 Mbps data rates, 12mA drive strength, and integrated pull-down resistors to prevent floating inputs. Ideal for interface applications including UART, SPI, JTAG, and general-purpose I/O level shifting between mixed-voltage logic domains.

Why does this need a breakout?
The 0.65mm pitch and tiny 3×3mm form factor make hand soldering challenging and impractical for breadboard prototyping. A breakout board converts this compact SMD package into a standard header layout, enabling reliable connections and rapid iteration without specialized soldering equipment or rework risk.
