Single-bit fixed direction voltage-level translator supporting dual-rail operation from 1.1V to 5.5V per port, with Schmitt-trigger inputs and 3-state outputs. Features integrated pull-down resistors, up to 200Mbps data rate, low 2.5µA quiescent current, and high ESD protection (2500V HBM). Ideal for converting logic levels between different voltage domains in UART, SPI, JTAG, and general I/O applications.

Why does this need a breakout?
SOT-363 packages are tiny surface-mount devices with 0.65mm pin pitch, making hand-soldering risky and breadboard use impossible. A breakout board breaks out the 6 pins to standard 0.1" spacing, enabling reliable prototyping of MOSFETs, transistors, and level shifters without microscopy or specialized equipment.
