IC REG LDO ADJ 400MA 75MV SOT23-5

Bypass caps, pull-ups, strapping resistors, custom silkscreen & more
Design a Custom BoardCapacitor-free NMOS low-dropout linear regulator with 400mA output current and adjustable 1.20V to 5.5V output. Features ultra-low 75mV typical dropout voltage, 30μVRMS noise, and stable operation without output capacitor. Ideal for battery-powered equipment, post-regulation, and noise-sensitive applications like VCOs and DSP/FPGA point-of-load regulation.
This 0.95 mm pitch SMD package is incompatible with breadboards and difficult to hand-solder. A breakout board brings the five pins to standard 0.1″ spacing, enabling rapid prototyping without reflow equipment. Essential for evaluating precision analog ICs like current-sense amplifiers in development circuits.
