IC REG BOOST 3.3V 200MA SOT23-5

Bypass caps, pull-ups, strapping resistors, custom silkscreen & more
Design a Custom BoardA synchronous boost regulator IC that converts lower input voltages to a fixed 3.3V output at up to 200mA. Integrated switches and control logic enable efficient step-up conversion from single-cell or multi-cell battery sources. Ideal for powering 3.3V logic, sensors, and wireless modules from depleted battery packs or low-voltage supplies.
This 0.95 mm pitch SMD package is incompatible with breadboards and difficult to hand-solder. A breakout board brings the five pins to standard 0.1″ spacing, enabling rapid prototyping without reflow equipment. Essential for evaluating precision analog ICs like current-sense amplifiers in development circuits.
