Design a Custom BoardHigh-efficiency synchronous buck converter supporting 3V to 16V input with up to 4A continuous output current. Features adjustable 0.6V to 7V output, 1.2MHz switching frequency, D-CAP3 control topology, and integrated power MOSFETs with low 28.8mΩ/15.4mΩ RDS(on). Operates in fixed-frequency CCM mode with comprehensive protection (OVP, OCP, UVLO, OTP, UVP) and supports 95% duty cycle operation. Ideal for consumer electronics, networking equipment, and industrial power applications.
The SOT-563's 1.27mm pin pitch and small footprint make hand-soldering difficult and breadboard prototyping impossible. A breakout board brings these pins to standard 0.1" spacing, enabling quick breadboard integration for dual transistors, level shifters, and compact buck converters without requiring SMD soldering skills or microscopy.
