Provides 1.5A continuous current capability with 90mΩ typical on-resistance and integrated short-circuit protection. Features Smart Pull Down, thermal shutdown, and adjustable turn-on timing (1.5-1.95ms) to limit inrush current, suitable for consumer electronics power distribution.

Why does this need a breakout?
SOT-363 packages are tiny surface-mount devices with 0.65mm pin pitch, making hand-soldering risky and breadboard use impossible. A breakout board breaks out the 6 pins to standard 0.1" spacing, enabling reliable prototyping of MOSFETs, transistors, and level shifters without microscopy or specialized equipment.
