IC REG LINEAR 3.3V 300MA SOT23-5

Bypass caps, pull-ups, strapping resistors, custom silkscreen & more
Design a Custom BoardLow-dropout linear regulator delivering 300 mA at 3.3V with 460 mV typical dropout voltage. Features 1% output accuracy, 50 µA quiescent current, and foldback overcurrent protection. Designed for battery-powered portable devices requiring low supply current and stable voltage regulation from 1.4 V to 5.5 V input range.
This 0.95 mm pitch SMD package is incompatible with breadboards and difficult to hand-solder. A breakout board brings the five pins to standard 0.1″ spacing, enabling rapid prototyping without reflow equipment. Essential for evaluating precision analog ICs like current-sense amplifiers in development circuits.
