Features 0.2Ω typical output impedance, 1-100mA sink capability, and operates across -40°C to 125°C. Ideal for on-board regulation, power supply feedback networks, and precision voltage clamping in industrial and server applications.

Why does this need a breakout?
SOT-23's tiny 0.95mm pin pitch and compact form factor make hand-soldering tedious and prone to bridging errors. A breakout board breaks out the three pins to standard 0.1" spacing for breadboard prototyping, eliminating the need for specialized soldering equipment and enabling fast circuit iteration with transistors, diodes, and small-signal components.
